At Carmichael Oaks, residents can choose from a full program of daily activities such as morning exercise classes in our fitness room to a rousing game of shuffleboard. To unwind, residents often lounge in one of our shaded courtyards or watch the fish swim in our Japanese koi pond.
Our large selection of floor plans include studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Our independent and assisted living units come equipped with kitchenettes and private patios or balconies, and all of our units are furnished with a 24-hour emergency response system for added safety.

We are committed to providing a high quality of life for each of our residents, which is why our staff are available around the clock to provide assistance and care. Residents in our assisted living community receive personalized, in-home help with daily tasks such as dressing, taking medications and escorting. 
We also provide a daily “tidy-up” service in addition to our weekly housekeeping and linen changing.
