|Quality Of Care|
I found the service to very poor during most of the time. They are overly understaffed. The carpet was terribly soiled throughout the halls. Some of the caregivers were rude and constantly making excuses for the poor service.
Nice facility centrally located. Excellent meals. Numerous activities offered as well as outings. Staff always available to discuss any concerns. Warm and inviting to guests and family.
