Located in Chandler, Park Regency is a unique, full-service continuing care retirement community (CCRC) that provides services and accommodations for independent living, assisted living, Alzheimer’s or memory care, and skilled nursing. Although we are a CCRC, we require no entry fee to enjoy the wide range of services provided at our community. Our talented team is always ready to serve, and as the needs of our residents change, we are equipped to adjust to meet whatever their needs might be.

From our luxurious community lounges to our gracious dining room, no detail is overlooked. Practice your golf game on our private putting green or share a laugh with friends in our community pub. Accommodations are offered in all shapes and sizes, including studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Many of our apartments come with full kitchens or kitchenettes, individually-controlled thermostats and patios or balconies. All units are equipped with emergency call systems that are monitored 24 hours a day.

Apart from the standard housekeeping and linen services we provide all residences, we also offer a wide selection of care services that accommodate any stage of life.

Residents with Alzheimer’s or other memory care needs participate in our Clare Bridge programs here at Park Regency. These programs are specially designed to make sure that each memory care resident has the chance to achieve a “daily moment of success,” no matter where the individual may be in their personal journey.

Skilled nursing services are also available. Services include rehabilitation care, stroke recovery, wound treatment and many other types of intensive care needs. Whatever the case, our community is well equipped to meet any need.
