All are prepared on site by our professional chefs and are served in our restaurant-style dining room. A private dining room is also available for when you are entertaining guests.

Take advantage of the state-of-the-art equipment in our fitness room and enjoy guided exercise classes in our activity room throughout the week. When you just want to have fun, we also offer billiards, Wii bowling competitions, poker tournaments, movie nights and many other great activities.

No one enjoys receiving an unexpected bill, which is why we offer an all-inclusive experience at our community. Cable television, air conditioning, heating and parking are all included in our monthly rent. As a resident of University Oaks, you also receive complimentary rides around town on our shuttle service. 

We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.
