Accommodating staff members who had open communication with residents and family. A great asset to this facility is residents are able to submit requests and have it answered promptly. Clean and odor free facility offering an opportunity for countless activities, including monthly birthday celebrations. The residents are offered extremely large rooms. The facility offers residents a safe and secure place.
Staff members at this facility are always prompt and reliable. They go out of their way to ensure residents are safe and secure by being alert. They are also extremely interactive with residents. The dining hall offers great menu options available to residents. The residents often sit along the porch or inside their large community room as a means of relaxation. The environment was clean and extremely well maintained.
Facility is extremely short of staff and has trouble providing sufficient attention to each resident. The room in particular were extremely small. Food is poor quality and staff members cannot always be trusted. Residents wear a pendant to alert staff members about urgent needs, but staff were not always responsive. Sometimes staff members attend to their own needs before considering the residents.
Facility offers great accommodations to do those who are wheelchair bound or immobile, including sufficient transportation and access to various activities. Very clean and well-maintained atmosphere with a large dining hall. The meals were top quality and very restaurant styled. Facility offers one bedroom apartments. The staff members are friendly and extremely adapting to resident needs.
Secure facility with a home like environment. Great physical therapy program and unlimited opportunities to get involved. The majority of residents in this building are wheelchair bound and often require extensive assistance. The staff members are sometimes rude and unprofessional. Program is mostly for those in the end-of-life stages, typically 90 or older.
Friendly and helpful staff willing to help guests and residents with extremely vulnerable needs. The staff turnover rate, however, is extremely high an can have a negative impact on the program and residents. Low cost facility for those on a limited budget. Smaller rooms with bright spaces. There are a few issues that may need some fixing, including improving the turnover amongst staff and increasing the size of the rooms.
Well lit and bright space with newly updated furnishings. Wide variety menu options. There were not enough variety in activities to engage residents. Residents often were in their rooms or uninvolved. The second floor had a weird smell throughout the hallway. It was too profound to ignore. The amount of staff members was also not sufficient for the number of residents available.

There are not enough healthy menu options available to residents. Residents often are unattended to which can frustrate family members of high needs residents. This facility offers two bedroom apartments with a spacious living area.

This facility is very expensive and most monthly services range from $4000-40000 per month, which is in the higher scale of pricing.
Multiple activities offered throughout the facility. Activities are scheduled on a regular basis to include physical therapy and residential programs. Older facility but it's extremely difficult to identify its age. Great menu options with food with restaurant like atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff members who were very informative and engaged residents in daily activities. Activities offered include movie outings and bingo.
Beautiful facility with lots to offer residents. However, there appeared to be staffing issues with staff members often subjected to overwhelming responsibilities. There are three meals offered to residents per day. The facility is up-to-date and renovated. Spacious rooms and beautiful views. Elevator provided for residents with mobility issues. Full kitchenette and bathroom offered in rooms.
Beautiful and newer facility offering residents customized living options. Very attractive building that had a home like atmosphere. Staff members are often open to feedback from families and really get involved in the resident's programs. Facility offers a variety of options including dinner outings and multiple opportunities for social interaction. The fact that the building has smaller units also helps the residents with more vulnerable needs receive sufficient care.
Hotel like atmosphere, however, this creates problems for those with mobility issues because the distance to walk from one location to the next is often times tedious and hard, considering the fact that residents are made to live in such a spacious environment. Bright atmosphere with open spaces. This facility is better suited for those with very few needs and options. The quality of care is very high.
Residence offers a variety of unique activities including Hanover Tomato Festival, carnivals, birthday celebrations. The environment is lively and the residents seemed to be having fun. Wheelchair accessible for residents with mobility issues. The hallways, however, were extremely long and difficult to navigate. Apartments include small studios, one or two-bedroom apartments. Onsite nursing available for residents.

Movie and game room available for residents. The facility has many options for entertainment.
This facility is totally awesome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My wife arrived there this afternoon and was greeted with a welcoming gift and made to feel at home. There is a bird, cat, dog, guinea pigs and fish....everything a person might have at home. A nice outdoor seating area is also available
