I am rating Atria Willow Park very high since it's like a 5-star hotel. The staff are very professional. The food is delicious. The residents who live there are very nice, kind, and cordial. They met my dad with open arms.
Atria Copeland is a really beautiful place. They were really great, friendly, and helpful people. We had dinner with people who lived there, and it's really a nice experience. The best thing about it was the care that you received. However, they had very small units.
My dad was in Atria Copeland before he passed away. It was a nice facility that had really nice, caring people who bent over backwards to make a smooth transition for him. They're very professional and very knowledgeable. The room he stayed in was clean, very accessible, large enough for family to have a place to sleep with ease, and had a nice kitchen area and large walk-in closet.
Atria at the Arboretum is wonderful but expensive. The food is wonderful. They take you to the museums. The apartment is beautiful and 1,000 square feet with a balcony. It's a very lovely and spectacular place. I have 24-hour care. They have a lot of people at the front desk and people who keep the facility beautifully clean, but they don’t have individual help for people in the individual apartments.
I visited Atria Collier Park, and it was a very nice facility. The staff was very professional. The rooms were very well kept as well. The entry area was very clean, and well kept as well. I really don’t have negative things to say to the place.
I was impressed with Atria Collier Park. It was a very neat and organized. The director met with and gave us a tour. We met residents along the way, all of whom he knew by first name. That impressed me. They had a lot of activities and provided transportation to grocery stores. I was also very impressed with their dining facility. Everyone was very friendly. The environment felt more like a home. The only downside was the rooms, which were too small.
The Atria Willow Park looks rather plain from the outside, but it looks really nice on the inside. The atmosphere in this community seems to cater to active seniors, which is great. There is a pool table, card tables, and open common areas for socializing. The Activity Director has lots of fun, relaxing, and learning type activities on the calendar. I reviewed the menu is seems sufficient, not too grand and not too bland. Atria Willow Park has seasoned employees who are very competent in their work and treat their residents like family.
Atria Copeland is a beautifully landscaped community. The foyer is very welcoming and their dining experience is one of the best I've seen. The residents can actually eat a meal or snack at their own convenience and not have to wait on meal times. I think this is great, because I often am hungry at different times of the day! Atria Copeland's staff is mediocre, they are not very friendly but not rude either. There are daily activities and they seem beneficial for their senior community. I also reviewed their menu and it had some variety, which is good because nobody likes eating the same thing all the time. Overall, Atria Copeland is nicely maintained and decorated.
This community is very charming with spacious apartments and some upgrades. The building is very clean and well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The nursing staff are also very supportive and accommodating with meeting the individual needs of residents. The menu is varied and very tasty and accommodating. The food is presented well and the staff support and encourage meals. The activities are a little challenged in regards to uniqueness and being encouraged.
Atria Westchase gives you a southern country feel upon arrival. Once inside you you will be greeted warmly from the staff. The caregivers were constantly working and caring for the residents. The staff gave warm smiles and work peacefully among themselves. The residents were happily engaged with their daily routines and activities. The food provided was good. And I like the snacks and beverages available between meals.
This community is spot on with customer service. I've toured this community during several times of the day and they are always pleasant. The building is very clean and well maintained inside and outside. The hallways are fresh in regards to scent. The care team members are always looking out for the bet intetest of the residents and even keeping families abreast. The staff are always smiling and ready to answer questions or give a helping hand. The menu is resort like and that includes taste and varation. The activities are stimulating and the activities director encourage activities.

I would definitely recommend Atria Kingwood to people I know. Overall Atria Kingwood seemed peaceful, organized, well kept, maintained and the staff seems to be knowledgeable, caring, respectful, and kind. They are always willing to answer questions and help the residents. The staff keeps the families informed on the status of loved ones. And encourage family members to be actively involved with the care plan and activities. The activities on and offsite are great. The Atria is clean, modern, and nicely decorated for a comfortable feeling like home. Most of the staff seems attentive and engaged. The Atria Westchase is a great facility. This is a facility that understands the importance of good customer service. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very professional, upbeat, and friendly staff member who made me feel that I was a priority. The facility was clean and well kept. There were no signs of visible trash, debris, or unpleasant smells within the facility. I was pleased with the amount of choices offered to the resident for menu and activity options. However, I would like to see more variety in activities to reflect the diverse background of all residents.
This facility has an upscale flare with a warm, cozy feel. I viewed this property for a relative, and I was pleased with the friendly staff, clean atmosphere, and concierge services. I wanted to find a place that felt like home, provided assistance when needed, and delivered the amenities of a luxury hotel. The Atria Westchase provides high quality professionalism and care.
Nevertheless, if you are in search of a facility for someone who is totally dependent, this is may not be the place for you. Most of the residents here appear to be independent and need minimal supervision/care. The residents and the staff were friendly. The staff did not seem to be overworked or sitting idle. Staff members were engaged in dialogue and care of residents.
This facility provides many services to assure that residents have what they need in order to be safe, happy, and healthy. Everything needed to retire in comfort is located on site at this facility. Moreover, it's located in a community that has shopping, restaurants, and libraries close by. The staff here goes the extra mile to insure that each resident receives the services and extras needed to have a comfortable stay.
The Atria Westchase is definitely in the top tier of long term senior facilities. The company is willing to amend its services to meet the needs of residents like providing activities for patients who are immobile. I would definitely recommend this facility. Their quest for continued improvement make them a choice selection for families interested in long term care for their senior loved one.
Visited this facility many times. The facility is very clean and attractively appointed and the residents appear to be well cared for. This facility provides various levels of service depending on whether the resident lives independently, needs assistance in living, or requires more services such as for memory care.
My father in law was badly injured in an accident and could no longer care for himself. We were at a loss did not know what to do. We were given a brochure of assistant living places. We vistied quiet a few but the introduction we received at Atria in Kingwood was awesome. They gave us a tour introduced us to all the staff, let us talk to people living there. Everyone was so great. They took really good care of my father in law, but now he can't stay by himself at all. We had to move him, it was so sad. I am really going to miss everyone at Atria. It is a great place.
They have excellent, hands on management. They have excellent food, and they aren't stingy with providing good portions. Their chef has been working there over 13 years and it has the best food in town, in regards to senior communities.
The on-duty nurse knows every resident well, which is a huge plus.
To quote my husband, "your mom is living a vacation". He is referring to the quality of food, activities, care, cleanliness and facility. All of the staff know residents by name and speak to them regularly. The rooms are bright and cheery with adequate room. I have a hard time finding my mom due to her constant involvement in activities.
I researched several places and had even placed my mother in one which on the surface appeared to be a good fit. As it turned out, promises made on the front end were not kept. There were no activities, the food quickly degraded and level of care was inadequate primarily due to constant turnover.
I removed mom from this place and brought her to the community of Atria where she is thriving.
This active community offers a dining experience with a menu and a chef. The facility is in North-West Austin, Texas and has a view of the Austin hill country. They have all the amenities including a nurse, concierge, and access to an exercise room and a pool. The manager was friendly and patient giving time at the end of the tour to answer questions and provide information in a no-pressure comfortable setting.
Atria Grapevine is a beautiful facility that offers quality living for the independent senior who may also want to be pampered somewhat. This is a very well kept and managed facility that anyone could be happy living at.
