Nestled in a quiet suburb on the outskirts of Houston, AutumnGrove Cottage in Champions is an intimate residential home for seniors diagnosed with Alzheimer's and dementia. Our home is specifically licensed to provide memory care services and we strive to create a sense of family and security among our residents.
AutumnGrove Cottage is to the assisted living industry what a bed and breakfast is to the hospitality industry. Caring exclusively for seniors facing the challenges of memory loss, we offer intimate, homelike environments combined with comprehensive personal care and dementia-specific programming.
Featured Amenities
Caring for no more than 16 residents at a time, we are able to provide a staff-to-resident ratio two times what is normally offered at a traditional assisted living facility. This means our seniors can expect attentive, personalized service that is tailored to their specific needs.
Whether taking a bike ride, participating in daily activities or working in our community garden, residents enjoy the cheerful atmosphere we work hard to provide each day. Fresh vegetables picked from our garden are used to prepare meals served at both lunch and dinner.
Available Services
Every detail at AutumnGrove Cottage in Champions, from the building design, staffing choices and tasteful decorations, has been specially selected by our talented manager to ensure that our residents are receiving the finest care possible. We even take the time to craft activity and meal programs that accommodate the unique needs of seniors with memory loss.
Professional staff are on site around the clock to assist residents with the everyday activities of life, including escorting, bathing, eating and managing medications. A registered nurse is also available 24 hours a day to consult.

Autumn Grove Champions Cottage is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Finding a new community for a loved one is such a difficult decision, but Autumn Grove Champions immediately felt like home. Several other communities were visited by my family, but none compared to Autumn Grove. Leah, Ana, and all the wonderful caregivers feel like part of the family, now. I trust them all with the health, safety, and well-being of my mom. Dementia can be so heartbreaking for the family, but Autumn Grove eases the pain. I just cannot say enough positive comments about the people and the community. Like I always say...Autumn Grove Champions is a blessing, and the staff are my mom\'s angels.
