At Aspenwood Senior Living Community, we strive to create a relaxing atmosphere for retirees who want to forego the responsibilities of owning a home and who prefer to spend their senior years relaxing. We cater to seniors who prefer to live independently and those who need moderate assistance to handle some daily tasks so that they are able to enjoy active and fulfilling lives.
Aspenwood Senior Living Community is managed by Five Star Senior Living. Five Star is a healthcare and senior living services provider that operates independent and assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, institutional pharmacies and outpatient health rehabilitation clinics throughout 30 states.

Aside from a variety of residential floor plan options, residents of Aspenwood Senior Living also have access to our housekeeping services. Those who want a fit and active lifestyle can take advantage of our exercise programs and such activities as shuffleboard or walking in our carefully tended gardens.
Residents can enjoy a fine dining experience without leaving the community by partaking of our daily, restaurant-quality menu. We even have our own barbershop and beauty salon so that our residents can continue looking their best.
Available Services
Seniors who need help with personal care tasks like getting dressed or who just want to have someone around to ensure their safety can have that provided. Our professional caregiving staff are on site and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We also handle scheduling of medical services from outside health care providers along with providing medical services for residents ourselves. Our community has its own rehabilitation facilities, which includes a therapy pool.

I visited this facility
Aspenwood Senior Living Community had everything. They have activities for them. They even go to New York sometimes and spent stay overnight to see a Broadway show. They set up a table for me to have lunch with them. I went to the apartment to see one lady and she didn't come for lunch. They have a way of enticing them to get up and come. On the way, they stopped at the medicine place and made sure that the person received their medicine. They also picked up a trash can and took that out. I was really impressed with the type of service they were providing. It's a little more upscale, but it costs a little more. They take the people to the doctor, and they have a nurse on duty. They offer assisted living, independent living, and there's a facility for people with special needs. You can transition from one to the other.
